Use the MailCamp plugin to quickly add a MailCamp signup form shortcode to your WordPress 4.9.8 or higher site.

After installation, log in with your API credentials, select your MailCamp list, fetch the list fields, copy the shortcode and add it to your site. Simply set up in 5 minutes.

WordPress.com compatibility is limited to Business tier users only. Connect your MailCamp list to your wordpress site.

Internationalization (i18n)

Currently we have the plugin configured so it can be easily translated and the following languages supported:

If your language is not listed above, feel free to create a translation. Here are the basic steps:

Copy “mailcamp.po” to “mailcamp-LANG_COUNTRY.po” Ìtumọ̀ Yorùbá: – fill in LANG and COUNTRY with whatever you use for WPLANG in wp-config.php
Grab a translation editor. POedit works for us

This section describes how to install the plugin and get started using it.

Unzip our archive and upload the entire mailcamp directory to your /wp-content/plugins/ directory
Activate the plugin through the Plugins menu in WordPress
Navigate to MailCamp Settings click MailCamp Settings.
Enter your MailCamp API credentials and let the plugin verify it.
Select the list where you want to send new MailCamp subscribers.
Optional: add newsletter RSS feeds to your website

FAQ

Waar kan ik mijn API gegevens vinden?: De API gegevens kun je vinden als je ingelogd bent en rechtsboven in de software het menuÌtumọ̀ Yorùbá: ’tje uitklapt.
Vervolgens vink je ‘Activeer de XML API’ aan en kun je de API gegevens kopiëren of genereren als dat nog niet gedaan was.
Sla vervolgens de gegevens op.
Zijn er kosten verbonden aan het gebruik van de API: In principe niet. Wij hanteren een fair use policy. Bij misbruik worden er wél kosten in rekening gebracht.
Kan ik het nieuwsbrief archief op de website publiceren?: Ja, dat doe je door in het menu het WordPress dashboard naar ‘MailCamp RSS’ te navigeren. Hier worden per mailinglijst de shortcodes weergegeven die de naar de betreffende mailinglijst verzonden nieuwsbrieven weergeeft in een tabel.
Indien je bepaalde nieuwsbrieven niet in dit overzicht wilt weergeven kun je ze in het nieuwsbriefoverzicht in onze software ‘dearchiveren’ zodat ze niet meer in het archief voorkomen.
Hoe werkt de WooCommerce integratie?: Indien de WooCommerce integratie is aangezet wordt er een checkbox in het afrekenproces weergegeven waarmee een klant zich eenvoudig kan inschrijven op de nieuwsbrief.
Kan ik meerdere formulieren aanmaken en linken aan verschillende mailinglijsten?: Nee, dat is op dit moment helaas niet mogelijk. Je kunt slechts één inschrijfformulier aanmaken en linken aan één mailinglijst.
