HoverBot is an AI assistant that answers shoppers’ questions about your products, shipping and returns from your own store content.
- Connect in one step: create a HoverBot account from inside WordPress and the chat goes live. The store domain is registered with HoverBot automatically.
- Already a HoverBot customer? Paste your Chatbot ID and Widget Key instead.
- Hide the chat on the cart or checkout page if you prefer.
- Disconnect removes the chat and revokes the pluginÌtumọ̀ Yorùbá: ’s access in one click.
The plugin adds one script to your storefront footer. It does not change theme files and reads no order or customer data.

This plugin connects to HoverBot (https://www.hoverbot.ai), operated by HoverBot.
- When you click “Create account and connect”, the email, name, password, assistant name, chosen template and brand color you enter, plus your storeÌtumọ̀ Yorùbá: ’s domain, are sent to app.hoverbot.ai to create your account and chatbot. The password is not stored in WordPress.
- When connected, your storeÌtumọ̀ Yorùbá: ’s domain is sent to app.hoverbot.ai so the chat is allowed on it.
- On every storefront page, visitors’ browsers load the widget from cdn.hoverbot.ai and send their chat messages to app.hoverbot.ai.

- Upload the plugin zip under Plugins -> Add New -> Upload Plugin, and activate it.
- Open WooCommerce -> HoverBot Chat (or Settings -> HoverBot Chat without WooCommerce).
- Create your account and connect, or connect an existing chatbot.
- Sign in to the HoverBot dashboard and add your store pages and policies as knowledge.

The chat does not appear

Check that the store domain shown on the settings page is in the chatbotÌtumọ̀ Yorùbá: ’s Allowed Domains in HoverBot. If you connected with “Create account and connect”, press “Register domain again”. Caching plugins may need their cache cleared once.

hoverbot. If you installed HoverBot Chat 2.0.0 from a zip, deactivate it before activating this plugin. Settings carry over. Deleting the old plugin from WordPress also clears those shared settings, so remove it before connecting, or connect again afterwards.
