/api/revalidateendpoint to purge the relevant cached pages. -
How does the contact form work?

POSTrequest towp-json/hpcms/v1/contactwith a JSON body containingname,email,subject,message, and optionallybudget. Submissions are saved to the Contact Inbox in the dashboard and forwarded to your configured notification email. The endpoint is rate-limited to 5 requests per IP per hour.
