Express it is a plugin which adds like/dislike button to your post. Readers can like/dislike your post and it will save the ratings to the database. Likes are saved to your website with the help of PHP cookies. Unfortunately if reader is using incognito browser or has his cookies turned of, plugin will not save reader preference, but it will update the like/dislike in the database.
