Deskio AI is an AI receptionist for your business. It chats with visitors on your website, answers questions using your business info, and automatically collects leads or books appointments Ìtumọ̀ Yorùbá: – all without you needing to reply to every message yourself.
This plugin adds the Deskio AI chat widget to every page of your WordPress site. Just enter your Client ID (from your Deskio AI dashboardÌtumọ̀ Yorùbá: ’s Widget & Integrations page) and the widget goes live immediately.

This plugin connects your site to the Deskio AI service (deskio.tech) to power the chat widget.
- What it loads: the plugin loads a JavaScript file from
https://deskio.tech/widget.json every page of your site, which displays the chat bubble and chat window. - What data is sent: when a visitor opens the chat and types a message, that message (and any information the visitor provides during the conversation, such as their name, phone number, or email, if they choose to share it) is sent to Deskio AIÌtumọ̀ Yorùbá: ’s servers to generate a reply and, where applicable, book an appointment or save a lead for your business. Deskio AI also receives standard technical data sent by any script load (the visitorÌtumọ̀ Yorùbá: ’s IP address, browser user agent).
- When it happens: the widget script loads on every page view; visitor conversation data is only sent when a visitor actually opens the chat and sends a message Ìtumọ̀ Yorùbá: – it is not sent on ordinary page views.

- Upload the
deskio-ai-chatfolder to/wp-content/plugins/, or install it directly through the WordPress admin under Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin. - Activate the plugin through the “Plugins” menu in WordPress.
- Go to Settings > Deskio AI Chat.
- Enter your Client ID (find it in your Deskio AI dashboard under Widget & Integrations Ìtumọ̀ Yorùbá: – itÌtumọ̀ Yorùbá: ’s shown in its own “Client ID” box, with a copy button, near the top of the page).
- Optionally set your brand colors, dark mode preference, and assistant name.
- Save Changes Ìtumọ̀ Yorùbá: – the chat bubble now appears on your site.

Where do I find my Client ID?

Log in to your Deskio AI dashboard, go to Widget & Integrations, and copy it from the “Client ID” box near the top of the page (thereÌtumọ̀ Yorùbá: ’s a copy button next to it).

Does this work with any theme or page builder?
