- Install “chatlio” plugin via ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress
- Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress
- Add your widget ID through the ‘Tools > Chatlio’ menu in WordPress. Widget ID found in Chatlio Dashboard.
