Adds a comment hierarchy to the edit comment screen to re-thread comments due to user error. Sometimes users reply to a comment, but donÌtumọ̀ Yorùbá: ’t click the right button and leave it as a stand alone comment. This allows the site admin to go and re-thread that comment where it belongs.
