User can setup colors of text, bar and button. You can also choose to show bar at the top or bottom of the page. You can also add custom css.
And frontend is independent on jQuery.

Upload zedna-cookies-bar folder to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory
Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress
Go to Settings->Zedna Cookies Bar and fill in your data.
