YS LeadGen Ìtumọ̀ Yorùbá: – Popup Builder, Optin Forms, Exit Intent & Lead Generation for WordPress

Àpèjúwe

Most visitors leave a website without buying anything, signing up for your list, or getting in touch. YS LeadGen helps you turn those visitors into email subscribers, leads, and paying customers using a visual drag and drop popup builder and form builder right inside your WordPress dashboard.

You do not need to write code, hire a designer, or manage an outside SaaS account. Whether you want to show an exit intent popup before a shopper leaves, recover an abandoned WooCommerce cart, grow your newsletter with a spin-to-win coupon wheel, or embed a multi-step contact form, you can build and launch your campaign in a few minutes.

Every popup and form is mobile responsive out of the box, and all of your leads are stored safely in your own WordPress database.

Build Any Popup or Form Campaign in One Visual Editor

Instead of installing separate plugins for popups, sticky bars, quizzes, and contact forms, YS LeadGen lets you create all of them inside the same drag and drop canvas:

Popups, Bars & Overlays

  • Lightbox Popups: Classic centered popups over a dimmed background that put full focus on your newsletter optin or special discount.
  • Exit Intent Popups: Trigger a targeted last-chance offer the exact second a visitor is about to close your tab or leave your store.
  • Floating Bars: Keep a clean sticky bar at the top or bottom of your site for storewide announcements, free shipping notices, or flash sale timers.
  • Slide-In Scroll Boxes: Slide a polite, non-intrusive offer box into the corner of the screen as a visitor reads a blog post or browses products.
  • Fullscreen Welcome Mats: Greet arriving traffic with a full-page offer that commands attention before they scroll into your content.
  • Floating Action Badges: Place a small launcher icon in the corner of the screen that opens your popup or contact form whenever a visitor clicks it.

Gamified & Interactive Campaigns

  • Spin-to-Win Coupon Wheels: Turn email collection into a game where visitors enter their email address to spin the wheel and win a discount code.
  • Yes/No Two-Step Popups: Start with a simple two-button question before showing the email field, a proven way to increase optin conversion rates.
  • Quiz Popups: Ask visitors a short series of questions and show a personalized result or product recommendation at the end.
  • Countdown Timer Popups: Add a live countdown clock to limited-time sales and seasonal promotions to create genuine urgency.
  • Content Lockers: Require visitors to enter their email address to unlock premium articles, guides, or downloadable resources.
  • Social Proof Notifications: Display small activity notices on screen to build visitor confidence and trust.
  • Video Lightbox Popups: Open YouTube, Vimeo, or self-hosted product and explainer videos in a clean popup player.
  • Age Gate & Cookie Consent Popups: Restrict age-sensitive content behind a verification screen or display a cookie consent banner that blocks tracking scripts until accepted.

Embedded, Conversational & Payment Forms

  • Inline & Embedded Forms: Place signup boxes and lead forms directly inside your page layouts, blog posts (including automatic paragraph insertion), or sidebars.
  • Multi-Step & Conversational Forms: Break long forms into simple steps, or use a modern conversational layout that asks one question at a time to boost completion rates.
  • Contact, Survey & NPS Forms: Collect customer inquiries, feedback ratings, and file uploads using conditional logic fields that adapt to how the user answers.
  • Payment Forms: Accept payments, deposits, or donations directly inside your forms using Stripe, PayPal, or Square, complete with a sandbox test mode.

How It Works in 5 Simple Steps

  1. Choose a template or start blank: Pick a ready-made design from the template library or open a fresh canvas.
  2. Customize your design: Edit headlines, fields, images, colors, and animations in the drag and drop builder.
  3. Set your trigger: Choose when the campaign appears, such as on exit intent, after a time delay, at a scroll percentage, or on a button click.
  4. Pick your audience and pages: Select which pages, devices, visitor locations, or WooCommerce cart conditions should display the campaign.
  5. Publish: Turn your campaign live in one click and watch your views, leads, and sales come in.

Show the Right Message at the Exact Right Moment

Good popups are helpful rather than annoying because they appear at the right time. YS LeadGen gives you granular display triggers and targeting conditions that you can mix and match:

  • Smart Triggers: Trigger campaigns on Exit Intent (desktop and mobile), Time on Page, Scroll Depth, Element Click, Inactivity, or Scheduled Start and End Dates.
  • Page & Content Targeting: Show or hide campaigns on specific pages, posts, custom post types, categories, tags, or inside specific article paragraphs.
  • Visitor & Device Rules: Target new visitors versus returning visitors, logged-in users versus guests, or filter by device type (Desktop, Tablet, Mobile), browser, OS, and language.
  • Geo-Location Targeting: Display country-specific or state-specific offers based on where your visitor is browsing from.
  • Traffic Source & URL Targeting: Trigger custom campaigns based on referral websites, UTM campaign tags, or URL query parameters.
  • On-Site Retargeting & Frequency Control: Automatically stop showing a popup to visitors who have already signed up, or show a follow-up offer on their next visit.

Built for WooCommerce: Recover Abandoned Carts & Increase Sales

If you run a WooCommerce store, YS LeadGen connects directly to your shopping cart and checkout data so you can turn window shoppers into buyers:

  • Cart Abandonment Popups & Recovery Emails: Trigger a targeted discount popup or automated cart recovery email when a shopper adds items to their cart and moves to leave without paying.
  • Automatic WooCommerce Coupon Generation: Generate unique or static WooCommerce discount codes on the spot when a visitor signs up.
  • Upsell & Cross-Sell Product Popups: Recommend related products or best-sellers inside a popup based on what the customer is currently viewing or buying.
  • Cart & Checkout Targeting Rules: Trigger offers based on total cart value, specific items in the cart, number of items, or whether the shopper is on the cart, checkout, or coupon page.

Measure Results With Built-In Analytics, A/B Testing & AI Insights

Stop guessing which headline, color, or discount works best. YS LeadGen includes complete performance tracking inside your dashboard:

  • Campaign & Revenue Analytics: Track impressions, conversions, conversion rates, and attributed WooCommerce revenue for every popup and form.
  • A/B Split Testing: Run two variations of a popup side by side to see which design or offer brings in more leads and sales.
  • AI Campaign Insights: Let built-in AI review your campaign metrics and highlight practical adjustments to improve your conversion rate.
  • Centralized Lead Manager: View, search, filter, and export all form and popup submissions to CSV anytime, or import and export entire campaigns via JSON.

Fast Performance, Native Integrations & Full Data Ownership

  • Zero Bloat on Your Frontend: YS LeadGen loads its scripts only on pages where an active campaign is set to run, keeping your website fast.
  • Works With Every Page Builder: Tested for smooth compatibility with Elementor, Divi, Gutenberg Block Editor, Bricks, Beaver Builder, and Oxygen.
  • Works With Third-Party Form Plugins: Already using Contact Form 7, WPForms, Gravity Forms, or Fluent Forms? You can place those forms inside YS LeadGen popups with full trigger and conversion tracking.
  • Built-In SMTP & Spam Protection: Configure SMTP directly inside the plugin so form notification emails reach the inbox reliably, and protect your forms with Google reCAPTCHA.
  • 100% Data Ownership: Your leads are saved directly in your WordPress database. Nothing is shared with outside servers unless you actively connect a third-party integration.

External Services

YS LeadGen does not contact any outside service unless you explicitly turn on an integration or feature that requires one:

  • Email Marketing Services: Used only if you connect an account under Integrations. When a visitor submits a linked form or popup, their submitted details (such as name and email address) are sent to the connected provider: Mailchimp, Brevo, Klaviyo, GetResponse, Drip, ActiveCampaign, Kit, Omnisend, and HubSpot. Each providerÌtumọ̀ Yorùbá: ’s own terms and privacy policy apply.
  • Payment Processors (Stripe, PayPal, and Square): Used only if you add a payment field to a form. When a visitor submits a payment form, the transaction amount and required payment details are processed directly by the selected gateway: Stripe | PayPal | Square
  • Webhooks (Zapier, Make, or Custom URLs): Used only if you configure a webhook URL for a campaign. Submitted lead data is sent to the destination URL you specify whenever a lead is captured: Zapier | Make
  • Google Analytics 4: Used only if you enable GA4 event tracking. Campaign interaction events (such as impressions and conversions) are sent to your connected Google Analytics property: Google Privacy Policy
  • Google reCAPTCHA: Used only on forms where you enable reCAPTCHA spam protection. When protected forms load or are submitted, the visitorÌtumọ̀ Yorùbá: ’s IP address and browser interaction signals are sent to Google: Google Terms | Google Privacy Policy
  • YouTube and Vimeo: Used only if you create a video popup that embeds a hosted video from YouTube or Vimeo. The visitorÌtumọ̀ Yorùbá: ’s browser loads the video player directly from the provider: YouTube Terms | Vimeo Terms

Privacy

YS LeadGen runs locally on your WordPress installation and does not collect personal data on its own, only through the popups and forms you choose to publish. All submitted lead data is stored in your WordPress database. If you enable a third-party integration (such as an email marketing service, payment gateway, or webhook), visitor submissions on linked campaigns are sent to that connected service. Site owners remain responsible for maintaining their own site privacy policy and complying with applicable local privacy laws.

FAQ

Do I need coding or design skills to use YS LeadGen?

No. Every popup, sticky bar, spin wheel, and form is built inside a visual drag and drop editor. You can start with a ready-made template, change the text and colors to match your brand, and publish in minutes.

Can I build regular page forms as well as popups?

Yes. YS LeadGen includes a full form builder for contact forms, lead forms, multi-step forms, conversational forms, surveys, NPS polls, file upload forms, and payment forms (Stripe, PayPal, and Square). You can display any form inside a popup or embed it directly inside your pages and posts.

Where are my leads and form submissions stored?

All leads and form submissions are saved directly inside your own WordPress database. Your data is never sent to an outside server unless you choose to connect an external email marketing tool or webhook. You can export your leads to a CSV file at any time.

Will YS LeadGen slow down my website?

No. The plugin is built for speed and only loads its frontend scripts on pages where an active campaign is running. Pages without an active campaign are untouched.

How does exit intent work on mobile phones?

On desktop computers, exit intent tracks when a visitorÌtumọ̀ Yorùbá: ’s mouse cursor moves toward the top of the browser window to close the tab. Because mobile phones do not have a mouse cursor, YS LeadGen detects mobile exit intent when a visitor scrolls up rapidly or taps the browser back button.

Does YS LeadGen work with WooCommerce?

Yes. You can trigger cart abandonment popups on the cart or checkout page, send cart recovery emails, generate WooCommerce discount coupons automatically when a visitor subscribes, and display upsell or cross-sell product recommendations.

Which page builders and form plugins are supported?

YS LeadGen works seamlessly with Elementor, Divi, Gutenberg, Bricks, Beaver Builder, and Oxygen. It also integrates with Contact Form 7, WPForms, Gravity Forms, and Fluent Forms if you want to trigger existing forms inside a popup.

Which email marketing services and CRMs can I connect?

You can connect Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Brevo, HubSpot, Omnisend, ActiveCampaign, GetResponse, Drip, and Kit (ConvertKit), or send lead data to Zapier, Make, and custom endpoints using Webhooks.

Can I test different popup designs against each other?

Yes. Built-in A/B testing lets you run two versions of a campaign at the same time to see which design, headline, or trigger gets the highest conversion rate. You can also use AI Insights to get quick suggestions on how to improve campaign performance.

How can I explore all plan features or try a demo?

You can test the full visual builder right in your browser on the live demo site, or compare plans on the YS LeadGen pricing page.

Where can I get support?

You can ask questions anytime in the WordPress.org support forum or browse the guides in the YS LeadGen documentation.
