Download, Install and Activate!<\/h4>\n\n

  1. Download the latest version of the plugin.<\/li>\n
  2. Unzip the downloaded file to your computer.<\/li>\n
  3. Upload the \/link2post\/ directory to the \/wp-content\/plugins\/ directory of your site.<\/li>\n
  4. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.<\/li>\n
  5. Install and activate any plugins required for the embedding of specific modules. See each module below in the \u2018Integrated Modules\u2019 section to see the requirements for each module.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n

    How to Use<\/h4>\n\n

    1. Click on the checkbox next to \u2018Show L2P\u2019 in admin bar or navigate to Tools -> Link2Post from admin menu.<\/li>\n
    2. Enter a URL. Click \u2018Create Post\u2019<\/li>\n
    3. The URL will be parsed and added as a post or CPT based on the target site.<\/li>\n
    4. If a post was already created for that URL, you will be given the option to update the previously created post.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n

      Settings<\/h4>\n\n

      1. Navigate to Settings -> Link2Post from admin menu. Here you will see a list of all installed modules.<\/li>\n
      2. To enable the formatting of posts based on a given module, set \u2018Format Post Content\u2019 to \u2018Yes\u2019 for that module.<\/li>\n
      3. To create a CPT for a given module, set \u2018Create and Use CPT\u2019 to \u2018Yes\u2019 for that module. Note: If \u2018Format Post Content\u2019 is set to \u2018No\u2019, \u2018Create and Use CPT\u2019 will also be set to \u2018No\u2019<\/em><\/li>\n
      4. Click \u2018Save Settings\u2019<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n
