Just active the plugin and you are ready to go.
Add new words from: Word Freshener >> Add Words.
Update or delete words from Word Freshener >> Word Freshener.

Installation
- Upload and extract
word-freshener.zipto the/wp-content/plugins/directory or add the plugin from Plugin >> Add New menu - Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress

I try to move from Bleep Filter plugin for this one, but it lacks some feature that I used. First is the exclusion of some words, eg: assemble when there is a filter for word ‘ass’. Second, to hide the word with blackout the world instead of changing it. But overall, it really nice and just works great.
