This is the best I’ve used so far, but it doesn’t randomize the posts.
It just takes the latest posts from the category of the post being viewed.
I hope the next update will have a random option.

It’s really good and simple to use, with a nice settings panel page and good customization options to edit the related posts section in the blog posts page. Good work
