Time Between Comments – WordPress plugin that allows you to set time interval between comments. This is a perfect plugin to keep your blog spam free and make each comment more valuable. You can set time interval in seconds from the admin panel and when user adds comment he/she should wait till the time passes before he/she can comment again.
