ItÌtumọ̀ Yorùbá: ’s a great system and IÌtumọ̀ Yorùbá: ’ve really been enjoying 
it, except of all the features for a ticket system to not have, the ability to merge
tickets is missing. Every other system IÌtumọ̀ Yorùbá: ’ve ever used I was able 
to merge tickets and sadly our sales people and customers have created duplicate
tickets that we should merge, but we canÌtumọ̀ Yorùbá: ’t and it makes everything
a mess.
