The ShowcaseFeed API** (https://showcasefeed-b9ugh.b-cdn.net/v1/health), operated by BAMBAM LLC. Your site calls this service to retrieve your listings. It is contacted whenever a cached feed is missing or stale — at most a few times an hour, from your server, never from a visitorÌtumọ̀ Yorùbá: ’s browser. * **What is sent:** a random installation ID, a one-way verification key, your site URL, the eBay seller username and eBay marketplace you configure. Requests use a signed, short-lived capability bound to that exact site, seller and marketplace. * **What comes back:** your public eBay listings — the same information anyone can see on your eBay page. * **What is not sent:** nothing about your visitors. No personal data, no analytics, no tracking. * **What is stored:** the installation ID, verification key, site URL, configured seller and marketplace, short-lived anti-replay nonces and quota counters, plus cached public listing data for up to 24 hours. The root installation secret remains on your WordPress site and is never sent. * **Why it is stored:** installation records stop the public service being used as an unauthenticated eBay scraping proxy. Search, filter and pagination all work across that set instantly, because they run against the cached data rather than calling eBay. ### Does it slow down my site? Cached listings are served locally. Refreshes happen in the background. On the first uncached view, ShowcaseFeed tries the service for up to three seconds; if it is not ready, the page shows a link to the sellerÌtumọ̀ Yorùbá: ’s eBay page while a background refresh fills the cache. ### Does it work with page caching / my classic theme?
