Activate Readministrator (Read Only Administrator) from your Plugins page.

Download Readministrator (Read Only Administrator).
Upload the ‘readministrator-read-only-administrator’ directory to your ‘/wp-content/plugins/’ directory, using your favorite method (ftp, sftp, scp, etc…)
Activate Readministrator (Read Only Administrator) from your Plugins page.
