Minimum Requirements

Manual installation via FTP

  1. Download the plugin file to your computer and unzip it
  2. Using an FTP program, or your hosting control panel, upload the unzipped plugin folder to your WordPress installation’s wp-content/plugins/ directory.
  3. Activate the plugin from the Plugins menu within the WordPress admin

  2. Activate Plugin through ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress.

I have been searching and searching for a barcode plugin that allows a user to simply scan a barcode that relates to the order using the WooCommerce app. I found a lot that of other plugins require additional software, clunky camera apps or charge small businesses an arm and a leg just to get a simple barcode on their orders. Although the barcode is just a copy of the order number, someone with their phone can use a barcode scanner as part of their keyboard input, and bring up the order using WooCommerce and mark it as complete. It won’t let you mark off individual products within an order. For my current uses this would be nice to have but not necessary and I can still run my business just fine without it. It’s a shame that Mascot Developers website is for sale and they don’t seem to be active after about 3-4 years ago because this is a really good plugin!
