Add a Custom Link, enter any valid URL, and select your own icon from the WordPress Media Library. ### Can I use an icon downloaded from Flaticon or another icon website? Yes, provided you have the right to use the icon and the file type is allowed by your WordPress Media Library. The plugin does not bypass WordPress upload security or MIME restrictions. ### Does it work on mobile and desktop? Yes. Each can be enabled or disabled independently, and mobile has separate position, size, and spacing controls. ### Can I hide the bubble on checkout or account pages? Yes. Use excluded content IDs or URL paths. URL rules support `*` wildcards. ### Does the plugin support business hours? Yes. Choose working days, start and end times, and whether the bubble should be hidden or show an offline message outside those hours.
