I was able to create a great webpage to generate a letter. I like the fact that the user can copy/paste the output, or download a MS Word file. Thanks a lot for this great plugin! CONS: The instructions are a bit insufficient. I had to look at the source code to figure out the shortcode to use (which is [wn-letter-template] by the way). This plugin appeared to have everything I needed.
