The Ibtana Website builder plugin fails to install due to an error stating that a folder already exists. I have deleted the parent folder so I know it doesn’t exist but it still won’t install: An error occurred while installing Ibtana – WordPress Website Builder: Destination folder already exists. H:/root/home/mdmbaby-002/www/pcdems/wp-content/plugins/ibtana-visual-editor/. This means that the Pro theme version which I purchased, won’t work as it the site fails in an error when I click on ‘Customize’ the page. I’m also running up to date PHP and WordPress software. I don’t have problems with any other plugin installs but this one.

I installed the Ibtana website builder a while ago and since then I have used countless Ibtana blocks across all my pages. When I logged in to edit my website today, anything that was once an Ibtana block says it’s no longer supported and my only options are to “keep as HTML” or delete the “unsupported” block.. effectively forcing me redo my entire website if I every want to modify it again. I’ve tried updating and reactivating the plugin, but nothing seems to fix it. I didn’t change my theme or remove any plugins. Please help!

Seems it might be able to do many things, but what little hints/instructions exist are barely understandable, it’s not otherwise intuitive, and it’s rather clunky. Perhaps if the developers had a native English speaker assist with documentation for their English speaking customers, one might be able to figure out how to use the plugin.
