Easy Automatic Newsletter Lite is a good plugin to recycles blog posts into a newsletter and sends it out automatically, Once configured (takes about 10 minutes), it works automatically every month. But it would be really great if there is an update for new wordpress version- though i am not yet updated my site wordpress newspaper theme yet to 4.0, i guess it will work just fine but still it would not heart to have the plugin updated.
