Each code points to the URL of the page it appears on, so you never have to generate, upload, or replace QR images yourself. Publish a new page and its QR code is already there. There are three ways to show it: * A button fixed to the bottom right of the screen, on every page of the site. * Anywhere inside a post or page, with the `[dynqr_embedQRcode]` shortcode. * In a sidebar or footer, with the widget. Codes are generated in the visitorÌtumọ̀ Yorùbá: ’s browser, so nothing is sent to an external QR code service. #### Features * A unique QR code on every page, built from that pageÌtumọ̀ Yorùbá: ’s own URL * Background color, code color and size are all configurable * Alt and title attributes you can write yourself * An optional download button that can be restricted to administrators * Available in English and Japanese ### Usage The settings screen has two tabs: **Button** for the fixed on-screen button, and** Embed** for the shortcode and the widget. Color, size and attributes are set separately on each tab. #### Button * **Display switching** Ìtumọ̀ Yorùbá: – Turns the button on and off. The button stays hidden on screens 600px wide or narrower, even when this setting is on. * **Button background color** Ìtumọ̀ Yorùbá: – Background color of the button, in hexadecimal. * **QR code color** Ìtumọ̀ Yorùbá: – Color of the QR code, in hexadecimal. * **QR code size** Ìtumọ̀ Yorùbá: – Size in pixels. Enter the number only, without a unit. 100px or more is recommended. * **Alt attribute of QRcode** Ìtumọ̀ Yorùbá: – Shown in place of the QR code when it cannot be displayed. * **Title attribute of QRcode** Ìtumọ̀ Yorùbá: – Shown on mouse hover, as a note about the QR code. * **Allow QR code download** Ìtumọ̀ Yorùbá: – Adds a download button to the QR code. * **Show only administrator of download button** Ìtumọ̀ Yorùbá: – When this is on, the download button is visible to administrators only. #### Embed * **Embed type** Ìtumọ̀ Yorùbá: – Choose whether the shortcode outputs the QR code itself, or a clickable icon that opens the code in a pop-up. * **Embed to file** Ìtumọ̀ Yorùbá: – PHP code for placing the QR code directly in a theme template file. * **Shortcode** Ìtumọ̀ Yorùbá: – Copy this and paste it wherever you want the QR code to appear. * **QR code background color** Ìtumọ̀ Yorùbá: – Background color behind the code, in hexadecimal. * **QR code color** Ìtumọ̀ Yorùbá: – Color of the QR code, in hexadecimal. * **QR code size** Ìtumọ̀ Yorùbá: – Size in pixels. Install the plugin from Plugins > Add New, or upload it to `/wp-content/plugins/`. 2. Activate it on the Plugins screen. 3. Open Settings > DynamicQRcode to configure it. ## FAQ ### Does this plugin use an external QR code service? No. Codes are generated in the visitorÌtumọ̀ Yorùbá: ’s browser, so no page data leaves the site. ### Can I show the QR code on certain pages only? Turn Display switching off on the Button tab, then place `[dynqr_embedQRcode]` on the pages where you want the code to appear. ### Why does the button not appear on my phone? The fixed button is hidden on screens 600px wide or narrower.
