We purchased the paid Pro version of the plugin a month ago. Unfortunately, support is not responding to our emails or our messages here in the support forum. Therefore, we are unable to use the plugin to its full extent.

Update: The developer contacted me and they have updated the plugin at last. I am still testing the new version with a view to moving to the block checkout but my complaint is now resolved, so I have changed the rating to reflect how useful this plugin is to my site. My previous review: Pro version is dead in the water and doesnÌtumọ̀ Yorùbá: ’t work with block checkout. The non-Pro version does, supposedly, but if you need (and paid for) the Pro features the developers completely ignore you.

I have tried contacting the developer through their website. They claim:100% MONEY BACK GUARANTEE However, they do not reply to my emails, where I am requesting a refund. I wanted to test the pro version of my site, but there were serious issues. To be fair, the issues were due to my set-up and not inherently the pluginÌtumọ̀ Yorùbá: ’s. However, I believe they should honour their claims. They do not. BEWARE!!!
