## Àpèjúwe

Concie is an AI agent that talks to your customers 24/7 — answering product questions,
recommending items, and helping shoppers check out. Once connected, this plugin
loads the Concie chat widget on every page of your storefront. No theme edits, no
copy-pasting embed codes.

You need a Concie account and an Agent. Create one free at https://concie.co.

Watch how it works: https://app.concie.co/videos/woo-connect-tutorial.webm

### External services

This plugin connects to Concie, a third-party AI chat service, to provide the storefront
widget. This is required for the plugin to function.

 * It loads the widget loader script from the Concie host (default https://shop-
main.up.railway.app/loader/), which in turn loads the chat widget. This happens
in your visitors’ browsers on storefront pages.
 * On activation and whenever you save the settings, it sends your site URL, your
Agent ID, and the plugin version to https://app.concie.co/api/woo/connected so
your Concie dashboard can mark the channel as live.
 * Clicking “Connect to Concie” opens https://app.concie.co/welcome/woo with your
site URL, your WordPress admin email (to pre-fill your Concie account), and a
one-time pairing code. This site then accepts a single automatic write-back of
the resulting Agent ID at /wp-json/concie/v1/pair, authenticated by that same
code — the code expires after 30 minutes or first use.
 * During that same pairing step, this site shares a private key with Concie. Concie
uses it to answer shopper questions by making signed, read-only requests to this
site (each runs on your site via WooCommerce; no store admin or API keys are
   ever sent to Concie):
    - /wp-json/concie/v1/order-lookup — order status for a shopper who asks “where
      is my order?”. Concie always sends the shopperÌtumọ̀ Yorùbá: ’s billing email;
if they also give an order number, only that exact order is returned. If they
only have an email, their single most recent order is returned instead — never
by order number alone, and never someone elseÌtumọ̀ Yorùbá: ’s order.
    - /wp-json/concie/v1/product-status — live stock and price for one product,
so the chat can confirm availability accurately.
    - /wp-json/concie/v1/shipping-estimate — shipping options and cost to a destination
for one product, computed from your storeÌtumọ̀ Yorùbá: ’s own shipping settings.
    - /wp-json/concie/v1/cart-link — builds a one-time checkout link for products
a shopper chose in chat. The link changes nothing on its own; only when the
shopper opens it do the items go into their own cart, and they proceed to
your normal checkout. Payment always happens on your store — Concie never
      handles it.
 * These four signed requests only run if the “Allow Concie to look up orders…”
checkbox next to the Connect button is checked at the moment you click Connect.
Leaving it unchecked (the default) disables all four, independent of pairing —
the widget itself still works either way. To change your mind later, check or
uncheck the box and click Connect again.
 * The “Concie” wp-admin menu opens your Concie dashboard (https://app.concie.co)
in an embedded panel. Loading it sends a short-lived, signed one-time token (
derived from the same private key used for order lookups above, never the key
itself) so the dashboard can verify this is your paired site and show the right
agent — no separate login. The dashboard content itself loads directly from Concie
inside that panel, the same as any other page on https://app.concie.co.
 * That panel also offers a “Log in for full access” option: signing in there with
your real Concie account email (a one-time 6-digit code, no password sent to
WordPress) opens the complete dashboard instead of the summary view. Concie only
ever shows this to an account that already has access to the connected agentÌtumọ̀
Yorùbá: ’s workspace — signing in with an unrelated account shows a notice instead
of that accountÌtumọ̀ Yorùbá: ’s own data.

## Ìgbéwọlẹ̀

 1. In WordPress Admin, go to Plugins -> Add New -> Upload Plugin, choose the Concie
Ìtumọ̀ Yorùbá: – AI Sales Associate .zip, then Install Now -> Activate.
 2. Activating takes you straight to the new “Concie” menu in your wp-admin sidebar.
    Click “Connect to Concie” there.
 3. Finish the short setup wizard right there in wp-admin — no new tab. Your agent
is created and connected back to this site automatically, no Agent ID to copy or
    paste.
 4. The widget appears on your storefront immediately.

If you downloaded the plugin directly from your Concie dashboard, the Agent ID is
already filled in — just activate.

## FAQ

### Do I need a Concie account?

Yes. The widget is powered by your Concie agent. Sign up free at https://concie.
co.

### Where do I find my Agent ID?

You donÌtumọ̀ Yorùbá: ’t need to — “Connect to Concie” creates and links your agent
automatically. ItÌtumọ̀ Yorùbá: ’s still visible (and pasteable, if you ever need
to link a different agent) under Settings -> Concie -> Advanced.

### How do I remove the widget?

Deactivate the plugin, or clear the Agent ID field under Settings -> Concie.

## Àkọsílẹ̀ àwọn àyípadà

#### 1.9.3

 * Fix: if your browser wonÌtumọ̀ Yorùbá: ’t allow secure sign-in inside the wp-
admin panel (some browsers/policies refuse this), the plugin now automatically
switches to the no-login-needed dashboard after a couple of tries, instead of
repeatedly asking you to open a new tab.

#### 1.9.2

 * New: a “Log in for full access” link on the wp-admin “Concie” panel — sign in
with your real Concie account (no password sync needed, just a one-time 6-digit
email code) to use the complete dashboard right there in wp-admin, not just the
summary view. If the signed-in account isnÌtumọ̀ Yorùbá: ’t the one connected
to this store, youÌtumọ̀ Yorùbá: ’ll see a clear notice instead of a mismatched
   dashboard.

#### 1.9.1

 * Fix: the wp-admin “Concie” panel now shows a clear “Open Concie dashboard” link
on a connection problem, instead of silently sitting on a blank/browser-error
page — a network blip used to look identical to a successful load from the pluginÌtumọ̀
   Yorùbá: ’s point of view.

#### 1.9.0

 * New: a “Test” mode for the storefront widget — turn it on from the Concie dashboardÌtumọ̀
Yorùbá: ’s WooCommerce channel page to keep the widget hidden from real visitors
while you finish setting things up. You (as the logged-in store admin) still
see it automatically while browsing your own site; flip to “Live” when youÌtumọ̀
Yorùbá: ’re ready for customers to see it.
 * New: a separate “Test” mode for checkout — lets you try the full chat-to-cart
flow with a simulated checkout page instead of placing a real order, independent
of whether the widget itself is live.
 * Fix: freshly-connected stores now get a secure per-store key set up automatically
at download time, instead of needing a separate manual pairing step — this also
fixes the wp-admin “Concie” panel for stores that connected via the direct download
   link.

#### 1.8.0

 * Onboarding now happens entirely inside wp-admin: activating the plugin (or clicking“
Connect to Concie”) takes you straight to the “Concie” menu, where your agent
is created and the setup wizard runs right there — no more opening a separate
   browser tab to finish connecting.

#### 1.7.0

 * New: a “Concie” menu in your wp-admin sidebar (next to Settings -> Concie) opens
your Concie dashboard in an embedded panel — no separate login, scoped to this
   storeÌtumọ̀ Yorùbá: ’s connected agent. Home and Channels open the full dashboard;
other sections show a read-only summary for now, with more moving over in future
   updates.

#### 1.6.4

 * Renamed the plugin to “Concie Ìtumọ̀ Yorùbá: – AI Sales Associate” (was “Concie
Chat”) — same plugin file and settings, no reconnection needed.

#### 1.6.3

 * One button, one checkbox: the AI-tools checkbox now sits right next to “Connect
to Concie” and is the only place to manage it — checking or unchecking it and
clicking Connect sets up (or updates) pairing and consent together in a single
click, whether this is your first connection or youÌtumọ̀ Yorùbá: ’re changing
your mind later. Replaces the old two-step flow (connect, then separately find
   and save a toggle elsewhere).

#### 1.6.2

 * Order lookup: the order number is now optional — if a shopper only has their
email on hand, Concie returns their single most recent order instead of asking
for a number they may not have. Rate-limited per email address.

#### 1.6.1

 * Order lookup now also returns a locale-independent status slug (e.g. “processing”,“
cancelled”) alongside the existing translated status label, so ConcieÌtumọ̀ Yorùbá:’
s dashboard can render an accurate order-status card regardless of store language.

#### 1.6.0

 * Adds an explicit “AI tools” opt-in under Settings -> Concie: order lookup, live
stock/price, shipping estimates, and add-to-cart now require this checkbox in
addition to pairing. Unchecked by default — the chat widget itself is unaffected.
 * Unchecking it takes effect immediately on the next request; no need to reconnect.

#### 1.5.0

 * Add to cart from chat: shoppers can pick products in the Concie chat and get
a one-click checkout link that fills their cart and takes them to your checkout.
Payment always happens on your store.
 * Adds a signed `/wp-json/concie/v1/cart-link` endpoint that mints a one-time link;
items only enter a cart when the shopper opens it, in their own session.
 * Already-connected stores: re-click “Connect to Concie” once if you connected
   before enabling these store features.

#### 1.4.0

 * Order status in chat: shoppers can ask Concie “where is my order?” and get status
and tracking, verified by order number + billing email.
 * Live stock & price: the chat confirms availability and current pricing straight
from your store, not a cached copy.
 * Shipping estimates: the chat quotes real shipping options and cost to a destination,
using your storeÌtumọ̀ Yorùbá: ’s own shipping settings.
 * All three run through signed, read-only endpoints (`/order-lookup`, `/product-
status`, `/shipping-estimate`). Concie signs each request with a private key
shared once during pairing; everything runs on your site and never exposes any
   store admin/API keys.
 * An order is only returned when the order number AND billing email match the same
order — never by number alone.
 * Already-connected stores: re-click “Connect to Concie” once to enable these features.

#### 1.3.0

 * “Connect to Concie” now creates and links your agent automatically — no Agent
   ID to copy or paste.
 * Added a one-time pairing code (30-min expiry, single use) and a `/wp-json/concie/
v1/pair` endpoint so Concie can write the Agent ID back to this site.
 * Connect link now pre-fills your Concie account email from your WordPress admin
   email.
 * Manual Agent ID entry moved under an “Advanced” section on the settings page.
 * Notes when WooCommerce isnÌtumọ̀ Yorùbá: ’t active — the widget still works,
   but product-specific answers need it.

#### 1.2.0

 * Declared WooCommerce HPOS (custom order tables) and Cart/Checkout Blocks compatibility.
 * Marketplace + WordPress.org readiness.

#### 1.1.0

 * Generic, marketplace-ready build: one plugin for everyone, connect via Settings-
   > Concie.
 * Added connection status, “Connect to Concie” action, and an external-services
   disclosure.
 * Widget script now only loads once an Agent ID is configured.

#### 1.0.0

 * Initial release.
