Using this plugin, you can display a text widget for any specific category and/or its sub-categories. For example, you want to show different sidebar banners based on different category. It is easy using this plugin. Just create a new widget and select the category.

Upload the plugin through Plugins > Add New > Upload interface or upload to wp-content/plugins directory using FTP.
Activate the plugin once uploaded from the wordpress plugin administration page.
Go to Appearance -> Widgets. Drag the ‘Category Widgets’ to your loved sidebar. You can add as many as you want.
Fill the form as you expect the output. You’r done.
