Excellent and simple application of a difficult topic. No need to resize your huge images Ìtumọ̀ Yorùbá: – this plugin does it for you.

Tried it. Sharpen images (turned on by default) seems to work but the images become very dirty, but it gave me hope. JPG compression was on default value 62, with wordpress compression being 82 I bumped it up to 100 to see if that helps but sadly the uploaded image remain blurry.

Exactly what I was looking for!
I was being unsatisfied with Wordpress native residing of images, because even at 100 compression they look blurry at small sizes. With that plugin resided images look great and also I can set compression what I choose. The default compression in the plugin is set at 62, the default compression in Wordpress is 82, but for a photography site, which I am building, I found it is better to set it at 90. And btw the compressed images at 90 are smaller than the ones I compress in Lightroom, and they look the same!
